How do I sign in to my TV provider on my Apple TV, Roku, or smart TV?
To verify your TV provider account on your Apple TV, Roku, or smart TV:
- Follow the steps in the section above to sign in to your FXNOW account and navigate to your TV provider page from your TV-connected device
- On your computer or mobile device, go to FXNOW.FXNetworks.com/Activate
- In the field labeled ‘Enter your activation code,’ enter the 7-character activation code displayed on your TV screen and select the Continue button
- Select your TV provider and sign in using the credentials associated with your TV provider account
If your sign-in is successful, full-episode playback or live stream of your favorite FX shows will be available.
Having trouble with the activation code? If the activation code doesn’t work, the code has likely expired. To receive a new activation code, select the Refresh code button displayed on your TV’s activation screen.
If the code does not refresh, exit the activation screen using the Back button on your remote, select Settings > Verify Your TV Provider. Once you have the new code, follow the steps above to activate.
What if my TV provider is not listed?
If you don’t see your provider included in our list of participating TV providers, it’s possible that your TV provider isn’t participating just yet. We’re working hard to add more providers in the near future.
What if I forgot my TV provider username and/or password?
You can retrieve your account information or register for an account directly through your TV provider’s help site or support team. You may also be able to register for a new username from your TV provider on their website.
For additional assistance with your TV provider account, please contact your TV provider.
What if my TV provider and internet provider aren’t the same?
If your TV provider is different from your internet provider, use your TV provider username and password instead of your internet provider sign-in credentials.
